Ingredients:
⅔ cups Shredded hash browns
½ cup Cubed yellow, red, and orange pepper
1 Veggie or regular sausage
1 or 1/2 Little Northern Bakehouse bread or bagel, toasted
1/2 Avocado, mashed
Splash of salt and pepper
Steps:
Cut up peppers into cubes
Start cooking veggie/sausage patty over the stove with olive oil in the pan. Follow instructions on packaging for proper cooking
In another pan, cook the hash browns as following packaging
Add cubed peppers into hash brown pan
Add sprinkles of salt (to taste) and pepper (to chase)
Apply avocado mash to toasted bread or bagel
