1 Gluten-free tortilla 1 Sausage patty, cut up (My favorites: Dr. Praeger's and Beyond Meat)

1/2 Avocado

1/2 cup Hash browns or chopped potatoes

1/4 cup Peppers, chopped (yellow, red, and orange)

1/4 cup Brown rice

Ketchup
