These four ingredients protein bars are a perfect, quick, mid-day snack, especially in Fall. This recipe is inspired from Kelly at Eat the Gains. Drizzle honey or add dairy-free chocolate chips to sweeten, if desired.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Pumpkin granola butter
3/4 cup Pumpkin puree
1/4 cup Protein powder; I use Gainful
2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp Honey
Steps:
In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients. You may have to use your hands to knead together to create a dough.
In a parchment-paper lined or oil sprayed bread pan, pour and spread the dough until flat.
Place in the freezer for 15 minutes and then cut into six equal bars.
