Grilled Potatoes

Makes Five Servings

*This recipe can be made in oven or fire, read below to learn how


Ingredients:

2 lbs. of Red and Gold Potatoes, halved and sliced

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

1/2 Sweet Onion, sliced

Salt and Pepper

Optional: Sprinkles of thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, and rosemary


Steps:

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.

  2. Spray tinfoil tray with avocado spray and place cut potatoes with sliced onion in the tray.

  3. Drizzle olive oil over and add salt and pepper, other spices if you desire, to taste.

  4. Cover tray with tinfoil.

  5. Place on grill for 20-30 minutes, flipped halfway.


For oven:

Place in oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.


For fire:

Wrap potatoes in tinfoil and place in coal for 25 minutes, turning every few minutes.
