Deluxe Gluten-Free Dairy-free Nachos

Makes one serving

*Turkey makes two servings


Ingredients:

1/2 lb Ground Turkey

1 El Paso taco seasoning packet

2/3 cup Water

1/4 cup Peppers, diced

Salsa or guacamole of choice

Handful of corn tortilla cups


Steps:

  1. Place turkey in skillet on medium until brown, then drain in strainer.

  2. While draining, combine 2/3 cup water and taco seasoning in skillet until boiling.

  3. Add cooked turkey to skillet and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, coating the meat in taco seasoning mixture.

  4. Cut up peppers until diced.

  5. On a plate, lay out chips. Place turkey meat, mozzarella, peppers, and salsa/guacamole o top.
