Makes two servings
Orange Chicken Ingredients:
1 Chicken breast
2 tbsp BBQ sauce
3 tbsp Sweet orange marmalade
1 1/2 tsp Soy-free sauce
Orange Chicken Steps:
Cut chicken breast into small bite size pieces
Prep a pan with olive oil to medium heat
Place cut up chicken into pan and cook until white
Mix BBQ sauce, orange marmalade, and soy-free sauce in bowl
Once chicken is done, pour sauce into pan until warm
Avocado Salad Ingredients:
1 large head of Romaine lettuce (or salad kit)
1 Avocado, mashed
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Daiya caesar salad dressing (I don't love the flavor but you may have another opinion)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Avocado Salad Steps:
Combine avocado mash, lemon juice, salt, and pepper and mix until smooth
Add lettuce to mixture and shake until well mixed
Add Daiya caesar salad dressing
Rice:
1/2 cup Rice of choice
