Grilled Pineapple Bacon BBQ Chicken Kebabs

Three Servings, 12 Kabobs


Ingredients:

1 lb Chicken breast

⅛ cup Soy-free sauce (optional)

1 tsp Oregano

½ Lemon, juiced

⅛ cup Olive oil

1 tbsp Honey

1 cup BBQ

1 lb Bacon

1 Can Pineapple

3 Multicolor bell peppers

Wood skewers


Steps:

  1. Cut chicken breast into bite size cubes

  2. Combine soy-free sauce, oregano, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, and barbeque in large bowl

  3. Place chicken in marinate for two hours (can be skipped if pressed for time)

  4. Microwave bacon for 5 minutes

  5. Cut up peppers into bite sized squares

  6. Heat up grill to medium heat

  7. Start creating skewers

  8. Place skewers on grill until chicken is thoroughly cooked

  9. Keep warm by wrapping in tin foil
