Grilled Ham and Cheese & Tomato Soup

Makes one serving


Ingredients: 2 slices of Little Northern Bakehouse bread of choice

2-3 slices of Ham

2 slices of Daiya cheese

Desired amount of Vegan mayonnaise

1/2 cup Tomato soup

1/2 cup Oatly milk


Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and coat cooking sheet in olive oil or non-stick spray.

  2. Place pieces of bread on cooking sheet then add mayonnaise, cheese, and ham.

  3. Place in oven once preheated for 10-12 minutes, until bread is browning.

  4. Combine tomato soup and milk in a pot on the stove on low-medium heat. Stir often.

  5. Once grilled ham and cheese is done, take tomato soup off the stove and enjoy.


Notes:

  1. Many tomato soups have milk to create a creamy texture, be careful when reading labels.
