Dairy-Free Peach Milkshake | 6-Food Elimination Diet & Vegan

Weeks before starting the 6-Food Elimination Diet, about a year ago in September 2020, I had my first Chick-Fil-A peach milkshake, a seasonal menu item. It was delicious, everything and more. Come this summer, I see the advertisement for their milkshake constantly and decided to set out to make my own dairy-free version to satisfy that craving. Today marks the first day of Fall and the end of Summer, and the end of Colorado's peach season, hence the perfect treat. Grab some peaches from the farmer's market, oat ice cream and milk from the grocery, and coconut whipped cream from Trader Joe's.



Ingredients:

2 Frozen peaches, medium sized

1 cup Oat ice cream, vanilla

3/4 cup Oat milk


Steps:

  1. Add it all in a blender and puree until smooth.

  2. Pour into a tall glass, top with coconut whipping cream, and drop the straw in.
