Donut Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup Gluten-free flour
1/3 cup Brown sugar
1 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/3 cup Oat milk
1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
2 tsp Canola oil
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Glaze Ingredients:
1/2 cup Granulated sugar
1 tbsp Ground cinnamon
1/4 cup Vegan butter, melted
Steps:
Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a donut pan with cooking spray.
Mix together dry ingredients; flour, sugar, baking soda, pumpkin spice, and salt.
Add in wet ingredients; milk, pumpkin puree, oil, vinegar, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour batter to a large ziplock bag or piping bag, cut the corner, and then pipe into sprayed donut pan.
Bake for 12 minutes, until toothpick insertion comes out clean and let cool in pan for 5 minutes.
While cooling, make cinnamon sugar glaze by mixing together sugar, butter, and cinnamon in bowl and set aside.
