The pork chops are free of the top 8 allergens and one of my dad's classic summer meals. Paired with salad, corn, baked beans, fruit salad, grapes, and watermelon for a colorful, delicious dinner plate.
Ingredients:
1 lb. Pork tenderloin
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tbsp. Paprika
1 tbsp. Onion powder
1 tbsp. Garlic powder
1 tbsp. White sugar
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Steps:
1. Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl combine paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, sugar, salt, and pepper.
3. Season the pork tenderloin with olive oil and the seasoning combination.
4. Place the tenderloin on direct heat for 1 minute each side to sear.
5. Move the tenderloin to indirect heat
for an additional 5 minutes, each side, until done to your preference.
6. To cool, place the grilled tenderloin on a plate and cover with tinfoil for 5-10 minutes.
