My Why
After starting the 6-Food Elimination Diet, I searched hopefully for recipes already curated but came up some-what short. This led me to question, "What Can I Eat?!" hence, the name of the blog. I created this blog to help you and your parents, siblings, and friends cook EoE friendly with recipes to follow for every meal.
